I was reading through a series of correspondence posted in the Rental Scams section at Scamwarners (http://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=15482) when I came upon a phrase that would cause *my* hackles to rise in suspicion.

"I'll be willing to send you a scanned copy of my Passport, Police Clearance and certificate of ownership of the apartment

Suspension of belief...

Anyone believing that they can find a place this glam for such picayune amount in Vancouver (or anywhere else for that matter) has a *much* better fantasy life than I ever will.
